While the doctors and nurses appear to be knowledgeable, sometimes even kind to patients and their accompanying relatives, the administration at this establishment is loaded with incompetent people. Almost every time we visit, it takes them several hours to figure out how much to charge. Until then of course the patient cannot be discharged. More often than not, we have to sit around for half a day for the next shift to arrive so someone from that shift could finally figure out how to fix their internal issues. Appointments are also not being managed effectively. Only 10% of our time spent here is about actual medical consultation or procedures, the rest is all about waiting for someone or something to be fixed or figured out. There is paid parking available, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. Most people just park elsewhere and take transit or taxi back and forth, then drive back and forth to drop off and pick up their already very sick loved ones.

You'll really be frustrated with their service. DO YOU KNOW! The patient went to the hospital at 2 o'clock in the afternoon for a follow-up checkup. Because they were diagnosed with Leukemia and had a low CBC count. The patient often had fevers and felt weak. When they arrived at the hospital, they found out that their doctor was in another country. They didn't leave any message for the patient or any information to help them. The covering doctor arrived and said they should go to the ER for a blood transfusion. The patient was shocked at how many people were waiting and the long queue. Why was it like that? Shouldn't the doctor have known that with a low CBC count, a blood transfusion would be needed? The patient had informed the staff or nurses about this even before coming to the hospital, so there should have been preparations in advance. They shouldn't have said that there was no blood available, as many people had already donated blood for this patient. This unprofessional behavior by the staff at NKTI is disappointing. I hope this doesn't happen to others. Several hours have passed, and the hospital still hasn't done anything for the patient. They said it would be done by 7 am, but on June 10, the blood still hasn't been transfused. You should have at least sent the patient home and messaged them when the blood was ready, instead of having them sit in a wheelchair. My sibling and father are both ill. You kept saying "just a moment." Yes, just a moment, and my father would have collapsed from what you're doing. Instead of resting, he might get even sicker because of your delay. Especially the doctor who scheduled this and then wasn't even there.

Went here for a relative's biopsy via ultrasound procedure. Lots of ultrasound rooms, like Room 1-14. The corridors were clean but the rooms were old but sufficiently geared for the procedure. Staff were helpful but I found more proactive staff in other hospitals. Parking was as expected, so inadequate.

This feels like a private one even though is is a government run hospital. They have a lot of trees, parking slots, and a lot os specialist doctors. It is not very accessible through commute but here's how to commute to NKTI; Ride MRT, stop at QUEZON AVE walk to the street on the centris side, ride a jeep going to LITEX droop off sa circle first turn to the right. EAST ave, walk to NKTI, its very near. Or ride a jeep going ANONAS.

I like the grounds of this hospital because they have a tropical vibe due to lots of trees and plants. Most of the buildings are just around 3 stories so for me the spaces provide a good breathing space. The interiors and even the rooms are quite spacious. I prefer these kinds of hospitals than high rise ones.

👎🏼😑👎🏼 Train your staff to be more compassionate to people who just lost their loved one or AT LEAST not call the deceased as “expired”. Obviously you don’t care and you just want to do your job, but at least try to hide it. smh …
